Intellectual property infringements and counterfeit networks do not stop at borders. Illicit flows move rapidly, fraudulent models continue to evolve, distribution channels are changing and challenges are becoming increasingly interconnected at both regional and international levels.
In response to this reality, ACTA-GM believes that regional cooperation is a key lever for strengthening the long-term protection of markets, innovation and consumers.
Our ambition is to develop practical synergies across Africa, the Greater Maghreb and the Mediterranean basin, in order to address counterfeiting, piracy, illicit trade and intellectual property challenges through a coordinated approach.

- Encourage the sharing of experiences and best practices, helping strengthen operational capacities and accelerate knowledge transfer between countries.
