Focus World Cup 2030

The FIFA World Cup 2030 represents a major opportunity for economic growth, international visibility, and regional cooperation. However, large-scale sporting events also increase risks related to counterfeiting, illicit trade, piracy, unsafe products, unauthorized merchandising, and intellectual property infringements.

Led by ACTA-GM, Focus World Cup 2030 is a regional initiative designed to anticipate these challenges and strengthen cooperation between rights holders, customs authorities, public institutions, enforcement stakeholders, and international partners across the Mediterranean region.

The programme aims to improve preparedness through training, operational cooperation, awareness initiatives, regional dialogue, and practical solutions adapted to local realities with one shared objective: protecting markets, consumers, innovation, and intellectual property before, during, and after the FIFA World Cup 2030.
